Disposition of Methionine residues in the calcium-loaded state of calmodulin. The space filling model of calcium-loaded calmodulin with methionine residues shaded dark grey was rendered in Insight using PDB coordinates 1CLL. Two orientations are provided to visualize all of the methionines in the N-terminal and C-terminal domains.
