This slide shows the helix I/II and III/IV interface of the N-terminal domain of calmodulin, apo vs. calcium-loaded (PDB: apo CaM=1CFC, model 1; calcium-loaded 1CLL). It is a color version of figure 8 from the "Calmodulin as a Calcium Sensor" chapter.
This figure was created for a slide in february, 1997.
