Subject: [AMBER] MM-PBSA NMODE

Dear experts,

   I am doing free energy calculation now and I have questions about NMODE
in MMPBSA. I wonder that if NMODE generates snapshots itself or just
calculate the entroy of snapshots generated in the frrst step. Is there any
standard NMODE input files and how to deal with the output file? Any
suggestion would be appreciated very much.
