Subject: Re: [AMBER] Cygwin Home Directory

When I do $ echo $HOME, it says my home directory is /cygdrive/c/Users/kunin
but if I go to the c:\cygwin\cygdrive folder, it is empty. If I'm supposed
to copy the amber tools file into that directory to decompress it, how can I
do that?
