Subject: [AMBER] to check basepair in ptraj

Dear AMBER !

I have done DNA dynamics ,
I checked ptraj for hbond analysis ,
I can be able to get hbond summary.

I checked in archive but i can not find ,
is it possible to do the change in the base pair
with respect to time .

ie ., at a given time how many base pair and which are the base pair exists ,

It can be done with ptraj or one has to go for another analysis tool

if so let me know !
