Hi,
I had posted this message 3 weeks back, but did not get any reply. I am re posting it. I would appreciate any help received to resolve this problem in amber installation. Thr number between line9 and segmentation fault keeps changing everytime I try. Thanks for the help.
I have installed Ambertools1.2 and Amber10 in my linux redhat system. The test run went well. But when I try to start xleap by entering ./xleap from the $AMBERHOME/exe directory, I get the the following output:
Warning: Color name "Tan" is not defined
Warning: Color name "White" is not defined
-I: Adding /home/jsridhar/amber10/dat/leap/prep to search path.
-I: Adding /home/jsridhar/amber10/dat/leap/lib to search path.
-I: Adding /home/jsridhar/amber10/dat/leap/parm to search path.
-I: Adding /home/jsridhar/amber10/dat/leap/cmd to search path.
