You could use the Web of Science to find papers that cite the key force
field or program package papers. The problem is that there have been
more than 7,000 such citations, so it's not clear that this would be
much help. Furthermore, if you are looking to information on force
field parameterization for particular biotargets, papers that use other
programs might be as helpful that those that report use of Amber.
