Subject: [AMBER] Amber Installation problem

Hi

 

I¡¯m tae sung.

 

I have Amber 10. And I have installed Amber Tools and Amber 10.

 

But after Install

 

I play the test.

 

All message passed but only one message is not passed.

 

The message is

 

Cd ti_mass/pent_LES_PIMD && ./Run.pentadiene

Doffing addles.out.save with addles.out

Awk : fatal : can¡¯t open soure file ¡®amber10/test/ndiff.awk¡¯ for reading

Possible FAILURE: check addles.out.dif

 

So What should I do to solve this problems?

 

Reinstall the program.

 

I want the answer. Please.
