Subject: [AMBER] how to plot this kind of map?

Dear all:

I'm new on the subject. I've already use the command secstruct in ptraj and get the secstruct.out and secstruct.out.sum. I assumed that secstruct.out can be used to plot the map as attached, but which kind of software can be used to plot the map and how to operate?
