Subject: [AMBER] Current Amber10 bugfix.all doesn't apply cleanly

I'm an Amber newbie and have just downloaded the latest bugfix.all for
Amber10 (from http://ambermd.org/bugfixes/10.0/bugfix.all, timestamp of
Feb 25 21:44).

I attempted to apply it with "patch -p0 -N < $TMPDIR/bugfix.all" to a
vanilla Amber10 source distribution. Among all the successful patch
messages, I see the following failures:

patching file src/mm_pbsa/mm_pbsa_calceneent.pm
Hunk #2 FAILED at 57.
1 out of 4 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file src/mm_pbsa/mm_pbsa_calceneent.pm.rej

patching file src/mm_pbsa/mm_pbsa_statistics.pm
Hunk #2 FAILED at 125.
Hunk #9 FAILED at 1357.
2 out of 13 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file src/mm_pbsa/mm_pbsa_statistics.pm.rej

Is this expected?
