Subject: AMBER: coot mutation

Hello,
I am sorry for sending this e-mail to the amber list.

I am using coot to do DNA mutations. the error i get is CA, N and C are
missing. The recommendation i read is to delete the residue and build a
new one. However, i got the pdb structure from pdb.org. How can i get
(correct) my structure so that CA, N and C are no longer missing.

This is because i prefer to keep the DNA in its place after the mutation.
