You can download the complete structure (biological unit) directly from the pdb.

Under -download Files > Biological unit gz

Hello,

some pdb structures in the pdb bank are only half of the molecule. e.g. 1DGC

Is there a tool (preferably from AmberTools) that i can use to duplicate
(mirror image) the structure?
