Hi,

This is still puzzling me.

I installed Fedora 8 on a similar computer (integrated graphics card)
both xleap (viewing and saving mol2) and Sirius worked fine.

I am using Ubuntu and if i cannot get around these problem i will
uninstall it and start using Fedora.
