Dear AMber users

I would like to separate the LES trajectory into separate trajectories for each copy ( I have five copies).
I was trying to use ptraj but I got only one copy .What is wrong?

my script
trajin md2_les.mdcrd
trajout les_traj les split

Can I use Les trajectory for MM-PBSA calculations?
