Hello,

I am trying to install AmberTools 1.0 on my machine. I have followed
the procedure in the README_at file, but there is an error that I do not
understand. Everything looks normal until the make -f Makefile_at
command is issued. It doesn't look like the ./configure has created
this file. I have a x86_64 dual quad-core machine running RH 5 and the
g95 compiler is installed (installation as root).

Commands issued:
1. export AMBERHOME=/usr/local/amber10
2. cd src/
3. ./configure_at gcc
        Setting AMBERHOME to /usr/local/amber10

Mopac and resp will be compiled with g77

        Testing the C compiler:
               gcc -m64 -o testp testp.c
        OK

        Testing the g77 compiler:
              g77 -O0 -fno-second-underscore -o testp testp.f
        OK

        Testing flex:
        OK

        Configuring netcdf; (may be time-consuming)

        NETCDF configure succeeded.

The configuration file, config.h, was successfully created.
4. make -f Makefile_at
make: Makefile_at: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `Makefile_at'. Stop.

Has anyone else had this issue, or any suggestions? Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks
-Matt-
