Hi,
I am currently working in Amber8. I recently
downloaded AmberTool 1.0 from the scripps' website,
exclusively to use NAB. I am facing problem
while compiling the AmberTool. I am getting the
following message. could you please suggest the way to
solve the problem?
[buzz1_at_pentose src]$ ./configure_at gcc
Setting AMBERHOME to /usr/local/src/amber10
Mopac and resp will be compiled with g77
./configure_at: line 461: testp.c: No such file or
directory
Testing the C compiler:
gcc -m32 -o testp testp.c
gcc: testp.c: No such file or directory
gcc: no input files
./configure_at: line 473: ./testp: No such file or
directory
Unable to compile a C program using gcc -m32
Please check your compiler settings or configure
flags.
With thanks from
Rabindra
