An intenal compiler error is a problem with the compiler, not the code.

You can set the -nosanderidc flag to configure to bypass compiling of this
routine. If you don't need divide and conquer QM/MM, then you will be fine.

You might also check with the Portland Group to see if there is a more recent
compiler that has fixed this bug.
