Subject: AMBER: leap - using default radius 1.500000 for HO3

Dear Amber users,

I am struggling with assigning the correct radius to hydroxyl H atoms
(gaff atom type "ho") (AMBER 9).

Before I load my protein-ligand complex into leap, I generated the
library and parameter files for the ligand (MIT) with antechamber using
the AM1-BCC charge method. The output produced by leap is attached as
well as my PDB file (1dwc.pdb).

While loading the PDB file, leap does not find the correct radius for
the ligand HO3 atom. However, the correct atom type "ho" has been
assigned to the HO3 atom in the MIT.lib file.
(I tried to assign another atom type "hn" to HO3 and everything went
through leap as expected.) How can I tell leap to assign the correct
radius for "ho" atoms? Is there another problem I overlooked?
