Thank you very much for your help.

I found I need your further help to build a MPI version of NAB. I
encountered a same problem on three different platforms:

mpicc -c -O3 -march=pentium4 -DCYGWIN -m32 -DMPI nblist.c
nblist.c: In function `nblist':
nblist.c:966: error: `mytaskid' undeclared (first use in this function)
nblist.c:966: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
nblist.c:966: error: for each function it appears in.)
nblist.c:967: error: `numtasks' undeclared (first use in this function)
mpicc: No such file or directory
make[1]: Leaving directory `/cygdrive/f/amber/amber10/src/nab'
make[1]: *** [nblist.o] Error 1
make: *** [install] Error 2
