Subject: AMBER: AMBER 9 testing

Hello,

i just installed AMBER 9 in an IRIX machine, i wanted to make sure i
installed the program correctly. I am using IRIX 6.5

i used ./configure -mpi sgi_mips
and make parallel

under $AMBERHOME/test/

i tried
make test.sander
don't know how to make test.sander (bu42)

and

make test.leap
cd leap; ./Run.tleap
Error: ./tleap --> ../../exe/teLeap does not exist
Error code 1 (bu21)

It may be that my installation not correct. however i did not get errors
after make parallel.

i am not sure what the option should be for
setenv DO_PARALLEL 'mpirun -np 4'
