Dear Amber Users

   I am new in AMBER, please tell me when I am giving following command
 "xleap -s -f leaprc.ff03".
  its showing this message---->

-I: Adding /usr/local/Amber9/amber9//dat/leap/prep to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/Amber9/amber9//dat/leap/lib to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/Amber9/amber9//dat/leap/parm to search path.
-I: Adding /usr/local/Amber9/amber9//dat/leap/cmd to search path.
-s: Ignoring startup file: leaprc
-f: Source leaprc.ff03.
Warning: Cannot allocate colormap entry for "#202020"
Warning: Cannot allocate colormap entry for "#A88877"
Warning: Cannot convert string "xleap_icon" to type Pixmap
+Icon pixmap "xleap_icon" is not accessible
why these all are showing?
but this command opening XLEaP :Universe Editor window.
