Hi Jianyin,

Thanks ....Yes ... for sure ... There are ways to get the heavy atoms
using the old parser, either as you said or ":467-999999@~H*". I was
just trying to find out why the new parser is not properly working in
the ptraj version from AMBER9 (although the manual says it should work)
... In fact, I was trying to teach a student and for not confusing him I
was trying to use the new parser (as described in ambmask). That's how I
realized it doesnt work and the student was even more confused as I
needed to go back to the old parser ... .... That's why I asked actually ...

I thought this bug might have been fixed in the meantime but it seems
that it wasnt ..
