Sir,
I have given the following commands and the result are:
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> #tar xvzf amber9.tgz
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> #cd amber9
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> #make
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> #make install
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> export AMBERHOME="/usr/local/amber9_mpich"
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> export MPICH_HOME="/usr/local/mpich-1.2.5.2_icc"
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> cd $AMBERHOME/src
bash: cd: /usr/local/amber9_mpich/src: No such file or directory
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> ./configure ifort
bash: ./configure: No such file or directory
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9> make serial
bash: make: command not found
ahmad_at_uop:~/amber9>
Sir were is the fault in commands.

You need to say what you tried, and what the result was. Full instructions
are in the Install section of the Users' Manual or the INSTALL file in the
distribution.
