Amber atom types are only allowed to be two characters long. Some parts
of the Amber toolchain might allow three characters, but other
parts will probably get very confused.

See if changing "SNI" to some (otherwise unused) two-character symbol will
help. Of course, you will have to do this everywhere, then rerun the LEaP
part.
