Subject: AMBER: Backbone flexibility/entropy

Dear Amber Community,

I would like some opinions for a good metric for measuring backbone
flexibility for a nucleic acid (backbone rms, atomic fluctuation,
distance between phosphates, etc). I appreciate your suggestions.
