HI everybody,

In this message a while ago, I reported the same observation as Nikola

At that time, if i remember correctly Dave Case suggested to change the
time step to dt=0.001

However I dont know whether that solves the problem because I did not
try it myself .. I switched back to NPT but maybe its worth trying it ...

Maybe also not use SHAKE at all
