You can get the source code from the "old prep/link/edit/parm" link at the
Amber web site (http://amber.scripps.edu). As far as I know, this is the only
way to produce an "edit.out" file. But it has been about two decades since
people like me have used that code, so you are likely to be more or less on
your own.
