Subject: AMBER: Belly Restraints and Distance Restraints

Dear Amber Community,

I appologize for asking this question a couple times but I still
haven't figured out how to do it. I am trying to apply Belly
restraints on a nucleic acid while equilibrating for the first stage
of MD but would also like to apply distance restraints at the same
time. I can't figure how specify this in my md.in file. I appreciate
your help in advance.
