You should carefully compare your input file with those in the test suite
(there are many of them). Since the test suite works (I presume), and your
input file doesn't, looking for differences there will probably lead you to
the origin of the problem. If it's not obvious, start from a known good input
file, and slowly morph it into the file you want. At some point, it will stop
working, and you will probably have found the problem.

If that doesn't work, please *attach* you input file (not cut and paste into
the mailer). The fact that sander cannot find the cntrl namelist has nothing
to do with antechamber, or any of the other things that end up in your emails.
