This means that BZ is not the name a unit in leap. You can use the "list"
command to list the names of your units. Without knowing any of the other
commands you gave to leap, it's hard to be of much help. Usually, you
would have some command like:

BZ = loadPdb filename.pdb

earlier in your script. That establishes BZ as a unit.
