I´m Sorry Professor Case,

I typed GAFF in google and then one of the header resuls was:

Gaff - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

linked to:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaff

But there was no reference to General Amber Force Field.

I´ve never edited before anything on wiki but I thought GAFF

should be there:

"This disambiguation page lists articles associated with the same

title. If an internal link led you here, you may wish to change the

link to point directly to the intended article."

So I start adding a reference about it, not very good at the beginning.

Then J Clear, another user with much more experience than me

corrected my first (not very clear) definition. He put instead:

Generalized AMBER Force Field, part of molecular bond simulation software.

I thought shoul be added also a link to the antechamber page

(http://amber.scripps.edu/antechamber/antechamber.html) and to the

authors and the articles cited in

( http://amber.scripps.edu/antechamber/citation.html ), so I added then

12 words:

Antechamber automates the process of parameterizing small

organic molecules by using GAFF (1)

Where Antechamber offers a link to:

http://amber.scripps.edu/antechamber/antechamber.html

and GAFF to:

http://amber.scripps.edu/antechamber/citation.html

what I think should also be interenting for anyone who wants to know

sth about it, or use antechamber.

 (1) taken from:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMBER#Antechamber

which is the link that appears in the word [[AMBER]] from J Clear in:

Generalized AMBER Force Field, part of molecular bond simulation software.

So maybe shoul be there just the previous line, maybe:

Generalized AMBER Force Field, part of the AMBER molecular bond

simulation software. Antechamber automates the process of

parameterizing small organic molecules using GAFF.

Or maybe neither of them are the best. Anyone can edit this,

I think GAFF should be cited there and maybe I´m wrong in

my definition so I´m asking.

 Thank vou,

Best regards,

JJ

PD: the list of corrections can be seen in:
