I don't have nearly enough information to debug this, so you are probably
going to have to find an experienced person who can look at *your* machine
to see what is going on.

Note that file names are case sensitive: this has to be "LINE.h", not
"line.h". (Your mail wasn't particularly clear about this). If that's not
the problem, it is something that I don't see. Maybe someone else on the list
can help. Reinstalling in a new location (and then checking carefully to see
what if anything is different) is certainly something simple to try.
