Subject: AMBER: any general approach to create SiO2 wall

I'm new user of amber . Is there any general approach to create parallel
rigid boundary wall ? or layers of SiO2 wall. It should be a channel , just
want a in flow and out flow of fluid within two solid boundary wall ..
