Subject: AMBER: Protonation of Aspartate

   i want to protonate the inner oxygen(OD1) of aspartate.
    can anybody tell me?
   i know about ASH( amber atom type for protonated aspartate) but that
protonate the outer oxygen(OD2) plz reply soon
