Dear all,

i did hbond analysis using ptraj and i have some
difficulties in understanding the output
can somebody please tell me what does the angle column
represent? it cant be the hydrogen bond angle,
because the angles are very small, less than 40
degrees, is it some kind of deviation from the 120
cutoff? and how about the value in the parenthesis?

i hope somebody can reply
