Dear Dr. Kelliher,

As far as I know, these 4 function calls are already accessible
through Accelerate framework under Mac OS X 10.3.9. Could you append
":dsygv:dsymm:dsyevx:zheev" after the "-qextname=......" argument
(without white space) in the config.h file? You can then try to build
Amber 9. We didn't test the building very thoroughly on 10.3.x system,
that's probably why nobody noticed the dev team. :-)

For 10.4 users' information only, on Mac OS X 10.4, the -qextname
argument are likely not necessary, that's because AAPL already took
care of the underscore problem of Accelerate framework.
