Subject: AMBER: ptraj grid

Hi,

I have been using the ptraj's grid command for a while now and noticed that
the faces of three sides of the cube (bottom most planes in x, y, and z
directions) will always be assigned a density of 0. I think that doesn't make
sense and it's probably a bug in the code. Any comments?
