Subject: AMBER: C -N -CT-CT torsion parameters

Hi,

Could someone please clarify what the torsion parameters are for C -N
-CT-CT for the ff03 force field (parm99.dat + frcmod.ff03) in the
AMBER 9.0 distribution, including the patch described in bugfix.5?
The reason I ask is because there are entries for both C- N -CT-CT
and for CT-CT-N -C in parm99.dat. Are both sets used or are they
somehow distinct from one another?
