Thanks for the report; we will try to see if we can reproduce the error.
In the meantime, you might try a different compiler (e.g. g95) for compiling
divcon. Or, you can download the stand-alone version of antechamber from
http://amber.scripps.edu/antechamber. This uses mopac rather than divcon
to do the semi-empirical calculations.
