Subject: AMBER: How to get the VDW contacts' messages from the mdcrd files

Dear friends,

Using Amber ptraj, we can know the messages of hydrogen bonds. Using
Amber software, can we get the messages of the vdw contacts from the so
many mdcrd files? If some friends can send me some Amber codes to deal
with this problem, I appreciate your helping very much.
