Subject: AMBER: the time length of the restricted MD

Dear all,

For MD, ususally there is a step which is called
restricted MD. Some references say the restricted MD
will be 20 ps long, because water has a relation time
of 10 ps.

However I read a paper and its restricted MD lenth is
200 ps. Is 200 ps necessary for restricted MD?
