Subject: AMBER: AMBER8 - RDF bug

Dear Amber developers,

there is a bug in ptraj of AMBER 8. This bug is related to array
overflow (SIGSEGV fault) in radial distribution function calculation for
some specific combination of maximum and spacing parameters. Patch
solving this issue is attached.
