Subject: AMBER: Building an RNA - Proflavin Complex

Dear Amber Community,

        I am trying to intercalate an RNA sequence with proflavin. I read the paper
that where DNA was intercalated with ethidium but I would like some suggestion
as to the "easiest" way to build the initial starting structure. For now I am
beginning to use InsightII on an SGI machine, but before I venture too far I
would be greatful for any suggestions.
