Subject: AMBER: creating RNA, nucgen / leap

Using Amber 8 when I create an RNA structure with nucgen, I get a DNA structure.
 Then when I change the residues names of the pdb files from "C" to "RC" for
instance, leap does not load the structure in correctly.  Yet, I can load pdb
files of RNA structures which were previously created by a collegue of mine
years ago just fine.
