Subject: AMBER: compile error with pgf90

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to compile AMBER 9 in serial using the portland group
pgf90 compiler on an HP Opteron cluster. I get the following error
on executing make serial:

cpp -traditional -P -DHAS_LAPACK -I../src/include ../src/tools/
mkdos.F90 > ../obj/mkdos.f
pgf90 -c -tp p7 -Mscalarsse -Mvect=sse -Mflushz -fast -O3 -Mfree -
module ../../sander -o ../obj/mkd
os.o ../obj/mkdos.f
PGF90-F-0000-Internal compiler error. search_ivuse: iv not found
154 (../obj/mkdos.f: 27)
make[3]: *** [../obj/mkdos.o] Error 2

Any suggestions on what the problem may be and possible fixes or
workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
