Hi

process_mdout.perl is a perl script.You can find it in
the tutorial directory. Save this file to the working
directory and make it an executable (type chmod +x
proces_mdout.perl) or save this file in some other
directory and make it executable. Then add tis
directory to your PATH (add in .bashrc file in your
home directory) Now you can run process_mdout.perl.

xmgr is a graph plotting program which you should
install. (Now look for xmgrace in place of xmgr) You
can use the command xmgrace only after installing the
program and adding it to the PATH.
