I suspect that your xleap build did not complete correctly. Go back to the
compilation phase and take a look at the last few lines of the output as
amber compiles. Xleap is the last thing that gets build and so any errors
you see here will be failures in the xleap build. I suspect the problem is
that you likely don't have the X11/xorg development libraries installed on
your system. Typically Linux installations where people just choose the
typical option does not install any of the development libraries which can
make compiling a lot of programs a real pain. Check that you have the X
development libraries installed. If you do and you are still having problems
getting xleap to compile please send me a copy of any error messages you
see.
