   Dear all,
  
  Hello.
  
  In the hbond results generated by ptraj, what does the "distance" and "angle" means? Does it mean the distance and angle of the hydrogen bond formed at an average distance, average angles? or shortest distance and angle? or best h-bond at that distance and angle?
  
  Any forms of help will be appreaciated.
