Subject: AMBER: monosaccharide residues

I'm trying to start modeling small carbohydrates, but
there are a number of monosaccharides I need that
aren't included in glycam04 yet. Is there a
collection of prep files for monosaccharides anywhere,
or has anybody built a few of these residues that
they'd be willing to share with me so I don't have to
build so many?
