Dear lists,

i have a trajectory file in which it is saved every 20 ps,and then i used
carnal to get the radius of gyration. however, it didnt extract the data
based on time, instead i think it did based on frames, because when i used
xmgr to plot the output table, the maximum value of the x-axis was only
about 1000, which i assumed the number of frames, ( the whole simulation
took more than 20 ns). what should i do to make the program to calculate
the rgyr over time interval that i want?
